For instance, I put all family-related events in the "Family" category. Paul is included in the list of contacts to receive calendar updates in the family category. I had to enter him multiple times to represent different categories for calendar and then another set for contacts. To share your Outlook contacts and appointments, your friends and colleagues will also have to register and download CalShare. Not perfect, but then again many of us are using Instant Messenger to communicate with others who have to download the software, too. If you're concerned about the company sharing your contact list, the site has a clear statement regarding privacy and security. Furthermore, the CalShare repository is encrypted and resides on a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Web server. The program works for Outlook 2002, but not sure about 2003. [Meryl]

{File information} A great little utility that collects information about files and sub-folders for
a selected directory or drive and generates a log. Plenty of options for customizing the results
such as path, file name, folder name, extensions, file size, and save date. On top of that, the
results can be sorted or not, determine the units to use for file size (none, bytes, kb, mb, gb),
and specify a delimiter which comes in handy if you want to import the results into a spreadsheet.
At the end of the file, it lists the number of files, folders, and the sum of the file sizes. Whew,

the market that it’s a matter of personal preference which you would like to use. SSRSS is for people
who have content on Web sites they would like to get in RSS format for syndicating. For those who
don’t know about RSS, I have it on my list to write about it. To use it, add an entry, set RSS options,
and keep adding entries to go into the same file until you’re done. Save the file, upload it to your
server, and provide a link to the URL to enter into a feed reader. A good way to learn how to use this
is by going to lockergnome.com and clicking on any RSS button to see the bare bones stuff and compare
it to your file. If it’s confusing, it’s not you – even though the title is “super simple.” RSS
is one of those you get it or not things and it takes practice to get it.

can do a build and it creates an HTML photo album ready for admiration, oooohs, awwwwws,

All-in-One Secretmaker has seven tools built-in to accomplish all of these tasks. There is another tool you can download to stop messenger spam. See the download page for known problems. Meet the masked man who will be your crusader against all the e-meanies. I have a spam program I use and Secretmaker caught most of the same things my spam program caught. The help file is well done and steps you through the process. The spam filter works with Mozilla mail without any set up though it doesn’t include instructions on how to specifically set up the filters, although it’s possible to follow the instructions for the other mail clients (Outlook, The Bat!, and Eudora) and apply them to yours if you’re comfortable.
