LogExpert is a Windows tail program (a GUI replacement for the Unix tail command). LogExpert is free for non-commercial or commercial use.

Very interesting little app to parse through logs. Would be a sure bet for a USB support tool if it weren't for the .net 2.0 requirement (which you're not guaranteed to have everywhere). But still handy nonetheless.
