My Daily Planner

http://sites.google.com/site/mydailyplannerdev/

Do you find yourself trying to keep track of multiple things to do in your head?  Is it difficult to place these things in a list in the order you need to get them done?  If this sounds like you, My Daily Planner can help.

My Daily Planner is a useful program that keeps track of any type of task that needs to be completed.  These tasks can include school work or just a simple to-do-list.  It even color-codes the task by the importance that you give it.  The more important it is the brighter the color, thus making it stand out in the list.

It was originally developed as a simple program for keeping track of school work that needed to be completed.  The program design is made to be compact and easy to use.  There can be up to 12 tasks at a time in the list with information including the task description, due date, subject, and importance.  The whole task line will be color coded depending upon the task's importance.  Also included are sections for other notes, and appointment

Klok-Personal Time Tracking

http://klok.mcgraphix.com/klok/features.html

The main screen shows a hierarchical list of all your clients, projects and/or tasks and a calendar view showing the current week. To track time spent on a particular client, project or task, simply drag that item from the tree and drop it on the calendar. This will create a one hour entry for that task at the location at which you dropped it. To change the start or end time, you can drag the "gripper" at the top and bottom of the entry. Hold down the "Shift" key to constrain it in 15 minute increments. To move the entire entry, just drag it to a new location. Again, the "Shift" key allows you to constrain the start time to 15 minute intervals. If you wish to remove an item from the calendar view or a task or project from the tree view on the left, just drag it to the trash can in the bottom left.

Google Calendar Client for Windows

http://mountwhite.net/googlecal.aspx

A small "Green" (and portable) Windows client that can retrieve events from multiple Google Calendars, and display them in a small sortable list on the user's desktop. Once the information is retrieved, it is saved in memory and an internet connection is not needed until you want to refresh the data. Other features include popup reminders, and the ability to export individual events to Microsoft Outlook or to any vCalendar compliant application; and the ability to save calendars for offline use.

There are no minimum requirements, this application should run fine on Windows 95 to Vista. It does not make any changes to your system or your registry. And at a size of 772KB, it won't fille your drive!

Team Calendar-Track Team Events

http://liorco-liorsoft.2.xpdev-hosted.com/

Team Calendar was developing in order to help me track my team projects and team member's vacations. When I tried to do it using Microsoft Outlook, I realized that it lack of several capabilities I wanted:

  1. Setting an event with no specific time (just the day).
  2. Showing repeatable daily reminder
  3. Notify event several days before it happened
  4. I did not want to mix my daily schedule (managed by Microsoft Outlook) and the team events

Jello Dashboard-Outlook GTD – Getting Things Done Todo Manager

http://www.jello-dashboard.net/?page_id=27

Jello Dashboard. A homebrew project started on August 2006 for using Getting Things Done (GTD) in Microsoft Outlook®.
Getting things done

GTD is a brilliant time-management practice and a part of its greatness lies within its do-it-yourself nature with no specific or expensive tools required for practicing it. You can GTD using a pack of cards, a standard organizer, a PDA or a cell phone, a notebook or plain paper and folders. And this is exactly the point where the whole thing gets complicated and overwhelming for lots of users. That’s the reason there is a great number of GTD applications out there for every operating system and taste.
Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft Outlook® is a popular and powerful email and time management application (especially in the corporal world) with lots of potential into the GTD field but without any implemented solutions except for the official add-in from the David Allen company which is considered to be relatively incomplete by many users.

So, I have decided to implement a new solution taking advantage of an overlooked ability of Microsoft Outlook®. The web-enabled homepage.
The application

Using pure HTML code and javascript I have developed a mini system which, despite of some security restrictions of the Outlook object model, worked just fine for managing my personal tasks without reluctantly leaving my favorite email application. Using Jello.Dashboard you can manage your lists, ticklers, next actions and view important aspects of your system just in one homepage. The application itself does not require a standard windows-installation process with registry keys and dlls (although there is the option of a downloadable installer) giving you the advantage of using it with locked down computers since the core components are just HTML pages and javascript code! Jello.Dashboard is an open source project with a growing community of users constantly under development and free of charge

MagicCalc – full function fullscreen graphic calculator

http://www.magiccalc.net/magiccalc/index.htm

MagicCalc is a full functions fullscreen graphic calculator. This is a Windows Software, not a Hardware. I started this project since year 2000 to create something special and usefull for students.

The project is at 70% finishion state (some functions are not yet functional, ex. arcsinhyp…),and many bugs are not yet fixed however you can download the project as it is. I am working on to prepare a final clean version soon.

The project is based on full Oriented Object Programming C++ Code on OpenGL Graphic Interface. I estimate the full free clean release will be ready by January 2010. It's is composed by :

    * Console window for input/output, and calculus operations;
    * 2D graphic window for 2D functions and 2D parametric functions;
    * 3D graphic window for 3D functions and 3D parametric functions;
    * Full bitmap fonts based text editor to edit programs;
    * Mathematical expression parser module; Full pascal interpreter module.

I have done this project for me as a training lab for many aspects of advanced programming topics (OO Design, OO Programming, Parsers, Mathematical Expression Parsers, Compilers, Graphic programming).

I project the basic system (Integration of the all functions) in about 2 months. Then, I will devote my time to finish the pascal interpreter as it is at 70 % finishion state. The next step will be the integration of support of Degree and Grad angles mesurement, and Binary/Octal/Hex computations
