I used and found a problem some times a need stop the print spooler for purge the files or turn off the printer great program for me and frients
I've been using this program for several months. Works great. I've found that it takes something over 20 pages (of a larger print job) before the printer actually stops printing pages–but if you have a large job sent, this will save you any additional paper/ink. Works very well–I have it pinned to my start menu so when I realize the wrong file was printed, I can stop it immediately.
